Cody Nite Rodeo
Officially started in 1919, the Cody Nite Rodeo has had over 90 consecutive outdoor summer performances. The arena seats thousands in covered grandstands. The rodeo runs nightly at 8 p.m. June 1 through August 31. Weather Permitting.

Heart Mountain WWII Interpretive Center
One of ten relocation camps in the U.S. during World War II, this Museum shares the lives of 14,000 Japanese and Japanese Americans interned there. Located 15 miles (20 minutes) east of Cody and is open year-round. Group rates available.
Buffalo Bill Dam & Visitor Center
Located 6 miles west of Cody, the highest concrete Dam in the world was completed in 1910 to irrigate 90,000 acres of Wyoming farmland. Self-guided audio tour, gift shop, and wildlife display. Free.
